These are 2 treat holders I have made for my craft table next week.
This uses the retired Petal Cone die.
I made 17 of these rainbow cello bags filled with skittles. Here's a close up of the topper:

Alcohol Ink Coasters and Candle
I made these items for my craft table this coming week.
Both the coasters and the candle were coloured with alcohol inks. I chose these colours for Valentine's Day.
This is one of the coasters.
The candle was decorated by a band of DSP near the bottom. Two types of ribbon were attached to the DSP. I made 2 roses - one in pink and one in Very Vanilla - using the Blossom punch and adhered them to the band using a hot glue gun. The little rose is from a retired SU kit.

I've
been playing with the Alcohol Inks again. This time I tried something
new - applying alcohol ink on a candle. This time the candle was a full
sized 6" taper candle (white). I also made 2 coasters for Valentine's
Day - using the same colours as on the candle - pink and purple.
The candle didn't turn out very well the first go around, so I just spritzed the dried alcohol ink on the craft mat and rerolled the candle in it. This second go around was much better, and this is the one I will show you.
This picture shows the two coasters and the candle together. As usual I waterproofed and heat proofed the coasters, painted the bottom and sides and put on felt feet.
Here's one of the coasters so that you can see the texture in it a little better. I was actually surprised that they turned out as well as they did, because Alcohol inks can be very unpredictable.
This is a cose up of the candle. I decorated the candle by putting a piece of DSP upon which I had added a 1 1/2" Vanilla ribbon with picot edges (and in the middle of that the raspberry ripple stitched ribbon) around the bottom of the candle. To that I attached 3 roses, 2 of which I made using the Blossom punch. The tiny one is from a kit that is now retired. I attached them to the band surrounding the candle using a hot glue gun.
I found an old clear glass saucer, perfect for placing the candle on, and surrounded it with Hearts punched with the Sweetheart punch in Red glimmer and Purple glimmer paper.

Button covered frames
I found two wooden frames, covered in paper and painted a horrible colour. I stripped the paper off and repainted them, and covered the front with buttons.
One is covered with white buttons (some are very old and still have the original thread attached.) and the other with red.

Button covered Picture frames
I love buttons!
I've been working on some new upcycling projects. I found 2 wooden picture frames covered in patterned paper and painted an awful lime green.
I scrapped off the paper, and repainted the frames white, and then covered them with buttons. I have a whole stash of buttons that I bought from a lady at a market - all colours and sizes, but mainly browns, blacks and white - some very old. They were in a mason jar that had the green tinged colour on it, so the jar is probably worth more than the buttons.
I sorted the buttons because I wanted only the white ones. Than I hot glued them to the front and sides of the frame and I quite like how it looks. I think you can pick out the really old ones. Some still have the original thread attached.
I have a vintage looking stamp, the image of which I might use to put in the frame. I have a few other ideas as well. I'll just have to try then out and see out they look.
The other frame I covered in red/pink buttons in honour of Valentine's Day. These buttons I bought as I didn't have enough of those colours to cover the frame.
My plan is to fill this one with paper roses.
I think I like the white one better, but I'll reserve judgment until I have them both completed.

Alcohol Ink Candle
I've playing with Alcohol inks lately, mainly on ceramic tiles, but yesterday I spread my wings a bit and used these inks on a candle. Because I'm just experimenting, I bought a cheap one at the dollar store and used it.
Two colours were used - a blue and a lime green. A line of each colour was put on a craft sheet, and the candle rolled in it. Then, after standing the candle upright, I dropped some ink on the top of the candle and let it pour down the sides.
Wear gloves to do this.
What do you think? Did it turn out okay?
